FASTING AS A LIFESTYLE

Have you ever wondered why people all over the world are switching from dieting to fasting? Have you ever tried dieting or fasting?

Everyone knows what dieting is but for those of you who are in awe let me explain what it is. Dieting mean abstaining from or ONLY eating or drinking one or more food types or groups with the intended outcome being weight loss. Their are numerous tried diets out there: fruits, juices, keto, grapefruit, lemonade, tea, vegetables, smoothies, you name it. There are so many diets out there but obesity & over weight people still exist, and most of these people were one time or the other on one of the above diets. WHY you may be asking have they failed. Maybe they didn't want to lose weight bad enough, or they were to greedy, peer pressure or they really couldn't keep up with the diet plan.  I for one can testify that diets don't work and the main reason they DON'T WORK is because they don't instill a LIFESTYLE CHANGE like FASTING PROMOTES...stay tuned xoxo
